Your Judgment.
Written Down.

An interview that turns your professional judgment into a written Personal AI Policy. Natalia asks one question at a time about how you work. You come away with a policy you can hand to a client, a board, or your own team. Talk, type, or share an existing policy or client requirements at any point.

What a Personal AI Policy Is

A Personal AI Policy is a written statement of how you use AI in professional work. Where you draw red lines, what information you protect, when you disclose AI involvement, and what you do when AI gets something wrong. It reflects decisions you have made, in your own words.

Clients, employers, and boards are starting to ask where you stand. This tool gets your answer on paper.

How It Works

  1. Natalia interviews you. One question at a time, about how you work. No model answers and no ethics lecture. She tests an answer when it sounds like the one you are supposed to give.
  2. You see the policy take shape. Short checkpoints along the way show the boundaries you have set and the tensions still open.
  3. You choose the format and approve it. One page, practical, or comprehensive. Written in first person from decisions you made, with a final stress test before you sign off.

What Your Policy Covers

  • My North Star
  • Boundaries and Red Lines
  • Data, Confidentiality, and Research
  • Disclosure and Provenance
  • Human Review and Decision Rights
  • Error, Remedy, and Accountability
  • Bias, Inclusion, and Constituent Voice
  • Intellectual Property
  • Procurement and Recommendations
  • Responsible Experimentation

It closes with concrete decision rules, if this situation then I will do this, plus a list of anything that needs outside verification.

Wondering how the interview works, what the finished policy covers, and how to put it to use with a client, a board, or your own team? The guide covers all of it.
